Today our country is developing. But country development is decided by the student. So this is for those people who nourish or make a baby a man. I am not saying this for parents but teachers and their neighbours also. From childhood, students are forced to focus more on marks not to develop a sensible character. Students nowadays don’t give importance to learn something. Parents think if students are bringing good marks then they are knowledgable but it is not true mostly. Many people think that if you have the knowledge then marks will automatically come to u but this statement does not suit our education system.let me give u an example-suppose in a chemistry chapter, characteristics of alkane and alkenes are given with examples and uses. The student will focus more on characteristics and they will read that to get good marks in the exam but they will not read usesas from their question mainly does not come in the entrance or board exams. Why did I tell about uses? I told because uses contain practical life example so what you have read you can apply it in real life.so if examiners make questions based on real-life examples then more than 60 per cent of students would not able to crack the exam. Many Student does not link the chapters that they read. so they do not apply the knowledge of one chapter to another.let us talk about the medical student. In India medical means memorizing but actually, it is not true. The student in medical believes that biology is the only subject for medical but biology in depth is physics and chemistry. medical students prefer to memorize physics and chemistry to clear neet as in neet exam. They do not intend to use knowledge of physics and chemistry in biology on their own. they think that the other two subjects are not necessary. But let me tell u that MBBS contains many courses -physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, forensic science, toxicology and drugs, medicine, microbiology, etc. This chapter is mainly based on chemistry so how they clear mbbs .let me tell u in MBBS knowledge of chemistry is need to understand this topic but question-based on chemistry does not directly come. Students, always also prefer to memorize without understanding. Now someone can think that chemistry is a memorizable subject then what is there to understand.chemistry is memorizable, I agree with them but in the chemistry behind every memorizable topic, there is a concept so you can tell that in chemistry we have to remember a huge number of principles and concepts. But passed out mbbs student does not prefer to go for the concept. But it is not their fault totally as the system is there like this only. For this only medical student in India does not intend to choose the biophysics and biochemist(non- clinical course) after mbbs . These jobs like biochemist and biophysicist are necessary to develop the medical system in India as research is performed by them only. In foreign countries, this thing is focussed more.so let us come to the topic that if u are knowledgable then we must secure good mark.first, let me take classes 11 and 12 students as an example. In school teachers focus on more which comes in the exam if you tell teachers something out of that then they will not give you the answer correctly or it will ignore by them by saying that this will not come in the exam. But the student who reads for knowledge will intend to know. so they will search on the internet after coming home and this way their time will be wasted every day so they will not able to focus on the exam and they will score bad marks. The student’s time will be wasted to find the explanation every day. so they will take more time to complete their syllabus. if you take an example of great personality, you can find that they use to take more time to understand any concept as they prefer to understand the concept deeply not lightly to get good marks in exams .we know that our exam starts after completing our syllabus only.So this way talented student lose their talent due to frustration that they get from their parent for bad marks as they were not able to complete and revise their syllabus ten times. So that’s why our India till now had produced only one APJ Abdul kalam, one Rana Tata, one sunder Pichai, one Devi Shetty, one Jagdish Chandra Bose.As I had said that the system is not totally responsible for this. Students are also. Because if students change them then the system will be forced to change. Because if they change then teachers will be forced to change and slowly the examination paper and the system.JAI HIND.

Legislation to enable online proceedings is ‘drafted in a way that fails to acknowledge the fundamental right to a fair hearing’ a group of peers has warned. The Courts and Tribunals (Online Procedure) Bill provides for online procedures in civil and family courts in the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and in employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. The online court is a key component of the government’s courts reform strategy. The bill creates an Online Procedure Rule Committee (OPRC) to sit alongside the existing rule committees that determine procedural rules in court and tribunal proceedings. The government said that the bill is initially intended to apply solely to low value money claims up to the value of £25,000. However in a report published today the Lords Constitution Committe notes that ‘nothing in the bill limits the use of online procedures to such cases’.It says: ‘While ministers may have no intention of using the powers provided by the bill to undermine the right to an oral hearing, it is incumbent on parliament to frame the powers it confers in a way that acknowledges and respects fundamental constitutional principles.’The report also warns that people who do not own a computer, who do not use the internet or who struggle with literacy could be disadvantaged by online proceedings. The bill will progress to the Lords committee stage on Monday 10 June. It has yet to pass through the Commons. read more
